Google moves Reader sharing to Google+, despite complaints

With its upgrade of Google Reader on Monday, Google has shut down the native social content-sharing features of the popular RSS feed manager and shifted the functionality in modified form to Google+. Google Reader users who want to continue sharing RSS feed content with others thus need to set up a membership in Google+, the company's new social networking site.
